To wash hair, only a small application is required for an exceptional wash. Wet hair, apply shampoo, rinse. Repeat.
To condition, After washing, apply a small amount to your wet hair. Apply from root to tip. Rinse. For an intensive conditioning, leave in for up to 2 minutes before rinsing.
