Q: Where are you based ?
A: We are based in Cheshire, United Kingdom.
Q: Do you ship outside the UK ?
A: We currently do not ship outside the UK, however we will soon be shipping internationally - follow our instagram page for updates @libertyandlola
Q: Are your skin care products 100% natural and vegan ?
A: Yes we only ever use natural ingredients which are derived from plants, nuts and fruits.
Q: Are your products suitable for people with nut allergies ?
A: Some of our products do contain nuts or nut oils so therefore may not be suitable for people with nut allergies.
Q: What skin types can your products be used on ?
A: As our products are made from natural ingredients they are suitable for most skin types, however if you are unsure we recommend that you do a patch test behind the ear and wait 24hrs.
Q: Are your products good for spot prone skin ?
A: The natural ingredients in our products have many therapeutic and restorative properties, therefore making them ideal for fighting spots, reducing redness and swelling, The carefully selected ingredients in our Natural Youthful Serum also promote the skins natural healing process due to their soothing and anti-bacterial properties.

A. Are your products good for sensitive / allergy prone skin ? as I am allergic to everything ! it is soul destroying !
Q. Yes they are, we have had a number of customers/clients who have all said they are allergic to so many brands of skin care , so we did a patch test to ensure there would be no reaction.In every case to date -none of the customers skin reacted at all , their skin looked fresher, had less redness, less inflammation, looked smoother and calmer immediately.
