SCALP MICROPIGMENTATION & SMP INFILLS

FIBROBLAST PLASMA

The Fibroblast Plasma Pen is a revolutionary non-surgical treatment that is proven to reduce your wrinkles, frown lines , deep folds and lax skin  very quickly and with superb results. Total treatment time can vary between 40 – 90 minutes with minimal discomfort and can tighten your skin with immediate results.

Full results of this treatment should be visible in 4 - 12 weeks and can last between 3 – 5 years.

Our highly trained therapist will use the Fibroblast Plasma Pen to create tiny plasma flashes between the pen and your skin, resulting in a micro-millimetre sized dot.

A series of these miniscule dots are then strategically placed in a specific area of the skin to attain the desired result. This minor skin penetration increases collagen and minimises / pulls the skin in its immediate vicinity. The renewal of the Collagen during the Plasma Pen treatment stimulates the skin giving it strength and elasticity. This process pulls the skin tighter, leaving any wrinkles, deeper folds and lac skin smoother.

 

SKIN NEEDLING

Skin needling is also called micro-needling therapy or collagen induction therapy. It is a minimally-invasive non-surgical and nonablative procedure for facial rejuvenation that involves the use of a micro-needling device to create a controlled skin injury.

 

Professional skin needling is considered to be one of the safest skin treatment procedures. Unlike chemical peels, dermabrasion and laser treatments, skin needling causes minimal damage to the skin.

How does skin needling work?

As each fine needle punctures the skin, it creates a channel or micro-wound. The microchannels created spontaneously close after 10 minutes so that epidermal barrier integrity remains intact.

The needles injure superficial dermal collagen strands and small blood vessels triggering a controlled cascade of inflammation including the release of platelet-derived growth factors transforming growth factor-alpha and beta (TGF β-3), connective tissue activating protein, connective tissue growth factor, and fibroblast growth factor. These lead to the production of new collagen.
